Frequently asked questions
Damaged Item on delivery
Send us a message with a photo of the damage, packaging and label with the name and address visible, which will allow us to asses the issue and raise it with the carrier or printing team. Once we have reviewed the details, a resolution will be provided, which may include a free replacement, a refund, or another solution we agree upon. All damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returns & Refunds
As our prints and frames are made to order we are unable to accept returns for unwanted prints. Please be sure you want your print before ordering as we won't be able to issue you with a refund or accept a return if you decide you no longer want it.
Refunds are offered when there's a printing error or quality issue, or other rare situations should they occur.
Refunds are not offered for carrier related issues such as delays or damaged product. However, a free replacement will be offered depending on the situation.
Delayed deliveries OR arrived after shown timeframe
Unfortunately we can't control the carriers once the item is with them. Delays with shipping and customs do happen and we are unable to issue refunds unless your item has classified as lost by the carrier, to which you will be given a resolution.
Please keep in mind that the delivery times are estimates based on past deliveries, they are not guranteed. Timeframes can varry depending on the time of year such as public holidays or any other exceptions which no one can control.
Refunds cannot be issued for this, however a resolution could be offered depending on the case.
Quality issues & colour difference
We strive for the best service possible, however every now and then errors might slip through and I do apologise for this. Send us a message with the details and photos of the fault and you can choose to either have a free replacement or a refund.
Please bare in mind that the finish product colours will look slightly different than seen on screen as they will vary, depending on the the device they were viewed on. This does not qualify for a return of a refund
Incomplete or incorrect address
Please check your address or a recipients address, we can't offer free replacement orders if you have put the wrong address on your order.
For incomplete address, kindly contact your local carrier and either update your address with them or collect it yourself from your post office.
In cases where the package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete address, or you didn't pick it in the allotted time, we can resend it to the correct address, but you will be responsible for the re-print and any additional shipping fees.
We cannot issue a refund or free replacements if the wrong address was wrong when you ordered or if you didn't pick up your order from your local courier in the allotted time.
Cancellations
Cancellations are usually possible until order has been shipped. Please be aware that this might not always be possible if the order has already been sent to the printing queue, even though it was not marked as shipped.
