Philippine Bijoux is a brand of handcrafted jewelry inspired by the ocean, the sun and the great outdoors.

All the products you will find in our Etsy shop are handmade in my workshop on the Bassin d'Arcachon.

The collection is entirely cruelty-free, you will not find in our designs any material from the exploitation of animals.

DELIVERIES

To send your orders, allow a variable time of 1 to 3 working days. For personalized and custom orders, count a variable production time of 1 to 5 days. Once the shipment is done, in addition to the email from ETSY, I will give you the tracking number.

The usual delivery times are as follows:
- for France: between 1 and 3 days
- for Europe: between 3 and 8 days
- for the rest of the world: between 5 and 30 days depending on destination

If you have not received your order after 8 days, (30 days for international orders), please contact me.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Philippine Bijoux accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days if your item does not suit you, with the exception of earrings that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Attention, returns are at your expense and must be made in their original packaging.

LIVRAISONS

Pour l'envoie de vos commandes, comptez un temps variable de 1 à 3 jours ouvrables. Pour les commandes personnalisées et sur mesure, comptez un temps de production variable de 1 à 5 jours. Une fois l'envoie effectué, en plus du mail d'ETSY, je vous donnerai le numéro de suivi.
