You may use my images for personal use and for gift-giving. You may also print them as many times as you like for these uses.

However, under no circumstances may the image be used for resale purposes. I run a licensing company called Liquid Images that regularly licenses imagery - If you are interested in using one of our prints in bulk or on a large scale commercially, please contact us by private message.

Also, please do not use your mobile/cell phone to download the images to. We offer very high-quality files which you cannot be stored on phones. Files can be downgraded, especially when resaving them. Please always use a computer to download and store all your digital files from us. Thank you

For best results, I highly recommend that you use good quality thick Matte paper (200gsm minimum) Note we can resize any file up to 40x60" - via email.

We cannot be held responsible for bad printing practices, we recommend using a reputable printing company with well-trained technicians. If you have any further questions regarding printing, please get in touch.

Due to the nature of Digital Items, I am unable to offer refunds, especially if they have already been downloaded. Digital items are not tangible items that can not be sent back to me so please note that when purchasing.

All of our physical products are custom printed to order so unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order then please get in touch asap and send us photos of the issue and we'll do our best to help.

All Physical Products are Shipped for FREE to anywhere in the world!

We use a Fulfilment Company, which is based in the US but has locations worldwide, handles the shipping of your Prints. This ensures smooth Customs processing and allows for an estimated delivery time of about a week, although many orders are shipped sooner.
artwork will be shipped with a tracking number to your Etsy address (so please make sure it's correct).

We’re based in York, an historic city in Northern England. If we don’t reply immediately, please bear this in mind.

Our prints are custom-made and shipped worldwide through trusted high-end printers. The quality is exceptional - you won’t be disappointed!

As all prints are made-to-order, returns or exchanges are not accepted. We replace damaged items but don’t offer refunds.

Please note, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for physical prints, as they are made to order and not kept in stock. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.

If your parcel arrives damaged, we’ll replace but we don't refund. Please get in touch within 30 days or I will be unable to replace your artwork.

Prints may occasionally be slightly larger than expected to allow for framing variations. Some minor trimming may be needed.

We can adjust colors in most designs, but please note that there is a fee for this service, particularly for more detailed or complex changes. Let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll be happy to discuss the options with you!

We send the Prints in Environmentally-friendly Cardboard Triangles as they are very safe and secure for sending and storing (plus they don't roll around in delivery vans) - ensuring maximum protection when in the courier system.

It's very easy to flatten the prints.
- Unroll the prints and then loosely roll them back on themselves (in the opposite direction to the way they were rolled).
- Then unroll again and lay them image side up and add a sheet of paper over the top. Place some books on the ends and the middle of the prints - leave for 24 hours.

We design every piece at a very large, high-resolution size to ensure the best possible detail and print quality across all formats.

Each artwork is then created in a specific size ratio (for example, square, 4x5 etc) we may make small adjustments so the design still looks balanced and visually perfect.

This can mean slight cropping or repositioning to keep the composition centred and natural.
White borders may decrease or increase in size.

We always take care to ensure that every version stays true to the original design and retains its full impact.
