TURNAROUND TIME
Please allow 1-3 business days from the time of purchase for a proof to be sent to you via Etsy messenger.
Turnaround Time Guide:
Monday - Receive proof/final digital by Thursday
Tuesday - Receive proof/final digital by Friday
Wednesday - Receive proof/final digital by: Monday
Thursday - Receive proof/final digital by: Tuesday
Friday - Receive proof/final digital by: Wednesday

PROOFS FOR PERSONALIZED ORDERS
All communication & proofs are sent via Etsy Convo. Final files will be emailed, if you do not provide an email address I will send the files to the email you have on file with Etsy. I recommend turning on notifications so you are notified as soon as I send a message. Proofs are sent Monday – Friday upon receiving all necessary info. Missing or incomplete information will delay your proof.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for custom orders at this time. Our current inventory is what we have available.
INSTANT DOWNLOADS
Non-custom digital files can be accessed on Etsy under your purchases.
DOWNLOADING VIA PHONE: The Etsy mobile app currently does not support downloads. You can access them on a mobile browser (e.g. Safari and Firefox)
PRINTING
You can print our files almost anywhere, like office supply stores (Staples®, Office Depot®, OfficeMax®, FedEx®/Kinkos®, UPS®, or any printing shop.
WHAT TYPE OF PAPER?
White, heavy card stock always looks best. I recommend you choose a high quality, thicker card stock in matte or smooth texture. I always use 80 lb. or greater when printing.
