We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns on most items.
Return Window:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Items:
Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and in original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping & Refunds:
If your order included free shipping, your refund will be the item price minus $6.00 to cover original shipping and handling costs.
If shipping was paid at checkout, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
