Our main goal is to create stylish apparels serving a functional purpose: making it difficult for facial recognition technology to accurately capture and analyze facial features. Bad actors, scammers, and creeps are tracking you 24/7. What you do, where you go, where you shop, where you travel is nobody's else business but yours. This project blends privacy, digital art, adversarial pattern and anti-surveillance as a lifestyle and a statement. Supporting the store helps with raising awareness that extracting someone’s home address and other personal details from just their face (in the street, at a hotel, in a parking lot, in an airport, etc.) is possible today without any credentials or clearance. All patterns are checked to fail face recognition but we cannot guarantee a 100% in real life context. Success is highly variable and depends on the specific circumstances and face recognition system.
