Each Swatch that we sell is shipped as a standard mailbox parcel and does not come with a track & trace option. This means that you cannot follow the parcel and that there are no updates on the progress once the 'pre-transit' status shows. If you would like to be able to follow your parcel, please upgrade to the 'track & trace' shipping option.The standard shipping option will take a few weeks transit time.If you are in a rush, please upgrade to the 'express shipping' option.

Sometimes the status of your order might show 'pre-transit' on Etsy, even when the parcel has already been shipped.

If you have chosen to have your Swatch shipped with the standard shipping option, we cannot tell you when it will arrive as this fully depends on the carrier. We ship your Swatch in a flat box that will fit in your mailbox and it will just land there without notification. For standard shipping it may take some patience.Only if you have chosen the 'express shipping' option, delivery times are guaranteed.

As we ship all parcel with track & trace, following your parcel is easy. Tracing your parcel with the track & trace code provided will allow you to see when the parcel is about to be delivered.

Please be aware that estimated arrival dates are based on average transit times provided by the carriers. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays at processing your parcel at local customs may effect the estimated delivery date.

These Swatches were once bought by collectors and kept in their boxes without being worn for many years.In all these years the materials that Swatch has used ( plastic, leather, rubber) have become fragile because they dry out. This means that these Swatches are not truly meant to be worn daily but to be cherished as collector items. Because that is what they are.If you are planning on wearing your Swatch, it will be very likely that you will need to replace your strap by a new one. Some vintage straps may hold for some time but others may crack and fall apart on the first use. We cannot tell you which one will hold and which one will not.

We're happy to announce that from August 1st 2022 onwards we are able to offer track & trace with each parcel at no extra costs to 98% of the countries around the world. This means that from now on you will be able to trace your parcel from the moment it leaves our hands until it lands in your mailbox.Our parcels will continue to be shipped with PostNL ( official Dutch postal services) and the transit times have not changed.If you would like to have your parcel shipped with UPS or DHL Express to receive your Swatch faster, reach out to us for a quote when the shipping option with UPS is not shown for your country in the shipping options menu on checkout.

Our parcels are shipped with Correos ( official Spanish postal services). Depending on the size of the Swatch box, it will be shipped in a mailbox parcel or if the box is too big, as a regular parcel. The mailbox parcels are dropped into your mailbox without notification. The regular parcels will require a personal handover.

Within Spain we also make use of the services of UPS. Each parcel is handed over to you personally and will not be dropped in your mailbox. A signature may be required to obtain the parcel.

The Swatches we sell are up to 35 years old. This means they have lost their warranty already many years ago.We offer Swatches as collectibles and not as watches that are perfect for daily wear. They were never worn and we offer them to buyers with the same purpose: as part of a collection that is not being worn.Materials may have dried out over the years which makes that parts could break as soon as the Swatch is worn.Vintage Swatches might also be less stable when it comes to time keeping. They might 'lose' time so perfect time keeping is not something we can guarantee.
