WHAT ARE WOODWE COVERS?

WoodWe covers are a unique and natural way to protect your tech gadgets. They are warm, cozy and smells like nature.

WoodWe products are manufactured by our company MB “Novum Commercium” from high-quality sources, such as:

– Natural and elegant Belgium Wood veneer
– Strong and highly dependable German Stone veneer
– Great reminder of the summertime – Hay veneer
– Exotic Taiwan Rust or Sand veneer

WOODWE PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

How slim is a WoodWe cover?

The average thickness of our Wood cover is between 0.6 mm - 0.7 mm (around 1/32nd inch). Our Stone veneer covers are 1.5 – 2.0 mm thick, the Rust veneers are 1.0 – 1.2 mm, Hay veneers – 0,5-2mm and Sand veneers – 0,8-1mm thick. However, please take note that our covers are produced from natural materials, therefore each cover’s thickness may differ slightly (in the range of about one tenth of a mill

How much protection do WoodWe covers provide?

WoodWe cover will provide reliable protection from the minor bumps and scratches your MacBook or iPhone gets with everyday use. However, please note that WoodWe covers are not drop-proof or waterproof. Therefore, please keep protecting your MacBook or iPhone with care.

DID NOT RECEIVE MY COVER

Check your tracking information:

In the initial e-mail, we indicated the address your WoodWe cover is being sent to and provided a tracking code that should look like this: RSXXXXXXXX.

To track your package, insert this tracking code to the Lithuanian post-tracking site here: https://old.post.lt/en/help/parcel-search

If your tracking information says “Unsuccessful Delivery”

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the item will be held in your local post office for a couple of days.

Therefore, if you get a notification that the delivery was unsuccessful, please contact your local/national post office and provide your tracking code: RSXXXXXXXX.

The post office staff will help you to identify where your package is located, and either set up another time to deliver or tell you where to pick it up.

If your tracking information says “The item is returned to sender”:

Please email us at support[@]woodwe.eu, and in the subject line please type in the following: “Post returned my package.” In the body of the email, tell us your Name, Surname, Address, and Order ID number so we can properly locate your package.

Once the item reaches us, we will contact you. You will have to tell us why the delivery was unsuccessful and provide us with the address where the delivery would be successful.

The seller will cover the shipping costs for resending the item. If express shipping is requested, then the buyer will have to pay the difference between normal shipping and express shipping.

RECEIVED A WRONG SIZE COVER

Yes, our team at WoodWe will gladly resend you the proper size Wood/Stone/Rust/Hay/Sand cover to fit your MacBook! Just email us at support[@]woodwe.eu, add “Replacement” as the subject line, and indicate the following information in the email:

1. The correct MacBook model you have, and what year it was produced. (If you are not sure, go to this website for MacBook Pro models: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201300 or this website if you have a MacBook Air model: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201862)

2. If the exchange is requested due to the wrong size, then we will compare your order’s details with your device’s model. If the wrong size was caused by us, then we will send you a free replacement. If not – will do an exchange.

Can I request a customized order?

Yes, our team at WoodWe would gladly work with you on a customized order! If you desire a customized order, please send us a custom order request through https://woodwe.com/ or contact us from Etsy message or via support[@]woodwe.eu

Please note that we do not make exchanges for customized orders.

REFUND POLICY BASICS

For all WoodWe products (Wood, Stone, Rust, Seashell, Hay, Sand Macbook cases, iPhone cases) any refund, return, replacement or exchange request must be submitted within 14 calendar days after the order is delivered to you, the Buyer.

WoodWe also offers you the option of returning an item for a replacement or exchange instead of a refund if this request is submitted within 30 days after the delivery.

To be eligible for a return, replacement or exchange, your item must undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To request a refund, return, replacement or exchange

1. Email your refund, return, replacement or exchange request to: support[@]woodwe.eu.
2. Provide your Name, Surname, Purchase Date and Order ID.
3. In detail, explain the reason for the refund, return, replacement or exchange.
4. In cases where photos of the item would help us identify the condition of the item you bought and received, please can attach photos to the e-mail.
5. After you submit your request to support[@]woodwe.eu, we will review your request within 24 hours. If our production department, marketing department or any other third party needs more information, it may take up to 2-3 working days to find the solution and provide it to you.
