Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem with the item you purchased, please contact us so we can resolve it quickly and professionally. We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases and will work with you to handle any issue you may have with your order.
All items shipped from our shop are insured through USPS,, but additional insurance is recommended on all fragile items.
If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage and packaging so we can start a damage claim with USPS. You’re also able to file a damage claim on your own if you would prefer, but we’re happy to handle it for you.
Age and condition of items listed
All of our listed items are vintage. They are sold in used, as-is, pre-owned condition. Vintage and antique items by nature have some wear, imperfections, and signs of use, age and time. We do our best to describe and picture all items being sure to note any damage or wear if there is any. It is rare to find items that are dated, so we have to use our best judgment and research the item to determine the age. We do our best to be as accurate as possible, but we are humans here and may make the occasional mistake. We cannot guarantee the actual date range of a vintage piece. Please use your best judgment, review all photos, and feel free to reach out with questions or to request additional photos.
What if my purchase is lost or stolen after delivery?
Once an item is marked as delivered by USPS,, we are not responsible for theft or missing items. Please contact your local police office or local post office to report the theft. If there is any information you need from us to file a claim, please let us know.
