I love to do custom and personalized orders! Just send me a message and let me know what you'd like, and I will come up with a concept for you. I can create a 100% custom order from scratch, or I can take any of my existing designs and customize them for you. There may be a fee for customizations on top of the purchase of the base item. If there is, I will let you know ahead of time.

For clothing items such as t-shirts and sweatshirts, sizing details are usually included as an IMAGE with the other product images. I use different brands and models of shirts so make sure you verify that your item fits you. Many of the t-shirts are UNISEX sizes ladies, so also make sure you know your measurements (a unisex Large is not the same as a women's Large).

If for some reason you can't find the sizing details on an item, please reach out, it's likely a mistake on my part.

I do offer PLUS SIZE women's curvy t-shirts! These are much more flattering on a curvy woman than a unisex shirt. A few are in my store, but I can put ANY artwork on a curvy shirt, please reach out for details.

Most of my t-shirts and sweatshirts (and other shirts or clothing items) are made using the Direct to Garment (DTG) process. This process sprays ink directly onto the shirt, and results in a much more breathable and comfortable shirt than the iron-on film type of shirt. While DTG clothing is machine washable and dryable, I don't recommend ever putting it in the dryer, as it will accelerate the fading of your shirt. Wash on COLD water, inside-out, and hang to dry, for the greatest longevity of your artwork. Avoid the dryer!

Since items printed with my original designs are all printed at the printer's facility, I'm unable to gift-wrap your items, I am very sorry. In some cases, I can include a gift message. Shirts will arrive in a basic plastic mailer. Mugs arrive in a Styrofoam cube. Other items will arrive in packaging appropriate to keeping the item safe.

Each item is printed on demand and sent to the printer within hours of your order being placed, so in most cases it's impossible to cancel the order. It's also very difficult for me to accept returns and exchanges because I can't re-sell your item, I will be stuck with the item and the printing cost. My profit margins are low as my store is just starting out, and this would come right out of my pocket. HOWEVER I always back my items for quality. If there is something visibly wrong with the item, send me a photo and I can get a new one sent to you or provide you with a refund. This also goes for items damaged in shipping. If there is any problem, do reach out and I'll help!
