1 out of 5 starsI had several issues with the shipping process and even after messaging with the seller several times I never received the item or a refund. The seller said they would “keep an eye on it” and “sort it out” but I never heard anything even after multiple messages.

5 out of 5 starsI ordered my shirt on April 27th, and received it May 13th. The seller kept in close contact with me ensuring I got the shirt before my trip. I’m extremely grateful for the hard work and dedication they put in for customer satisfaction ❤️

1 out of 5 starsThis review is less about the overall experience and communication surrounding it. I ordered this item for a family trip because the delivery dates worked for me and I believed I was ordering from a US-based seller. Unfortunately, the package never arrived and Etsy eventually had to refunded the order. After delays and unusual tracking through PYK Global, I asked directly if the item was coming from overseas and was reassured it was shipping from within the US. Later, I was informed it was actually being produced in Vietnam due to supply issues with their US factory. I completely understand delays happen, especially with custom products. I just think customers deserve accurate information upfront regarding shipping origin & realistic delivery expectations. If timing or domestic shipping matters to you, take note.
