How do I download my art via my Etsy account?
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account
2. Go to Purchases and reviews
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all
the files attached to your order
How do I download my art if i do not have an Etsy account?
If you do not have an Etsy account, you can download your digital files from the email you provided at checkout. Look for an email from transaction@etsy.com in your inbox. Be sure to also check your spam or junk inbox and your social or promotions tabs.
How are the colors affected when printed on a canvas or paper?
These are digitally created prints, meaning colors may be slightly altered when printing onto a canvas and/or paper. Please refer to our mockup photos on each listing to get a more realistic idea on how the colors will translate once they are printed.

Can I download my print via my Etsy app?
Unfortunately, You cannot download a digital purchase through the Etsy app. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.

Is there a full service print and ship option
TrueDigital Studio at this moment only offers digital prints for customers to download and print.
Once a print is purchased, we provide a guide and recommend professional print services that are great and reliable!
I want a bigger size art print than the sizes you offer, can I send the image to be enhanced or can you send me my custom size?
Yes you can. Due to the richness of some pieces and Etsy's limited file size upload, you may send the file to be enlarged.
If you do not know how, message me and i can send you the larger size you desire at no charge.
What you CANNOT do is alter the colors or designs of the image
