• If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).

• We ship only to the Etsy Address. Please make sure your Etsy address and Paypal address are the same.
• We ship our products from Ukraine worldwide national airmail. Sending will have its tracking number.

•If you are not satisfied with your items / service for any reason, please contact us with the problem before leaving a feedback and we will solve it.
•Time frame is 2 weeks after you have received the package.
•All items must be return in original conditions.
•Your package must have a track number.
•We do not refund the payment for delivery, only the cost of the product.

•Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 45 days from posting date and tracking info approves that.
•We will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.
•While the claim is being processed, we would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order.

•All products arrive to you in a brown kraft boxes, ready for gift-giving.

•Please note that real colors may slightly differ from one monitor to another, as it depends on specific monitor settings.
