Not worth even a star. I mistakenly ordered 2 CD's from another vendor but sent this vendor 2 VHS tapes to transfer. Beth contacted me and asked what I wanted to do. I asked her to wait a month and let me pay her when I got paid again on the 3rd and then do both and ship back. She agreed! I kept my word and she claimed she mailed the the 27th on May. She lives in New Jersey and i live in Mississippi. No package and it is the 23rd of July. I would not trust her. Unless she makes right with me what is wrong I will not go quietly into the night. I have contacted her 4 times and heard nothing back. I have asked for her to return the unreplaceable VCR tapes of my Grandmother and have heard absolutely nothing.

Beth was incredible! She kept in close contact with me and answered all my questions. She even paid return shipping for my camera and discs! And she got it back to me the day before my son's birthday so I could record his special day. She transferred the videos from the mini discs that went in my camcorder to DVDs that I can play in my DVD player wonderfully. Images are clear and all the recordings are even better organized that they were when I gave them to her! I will definitely do business again! Thank you again, Beth!
