Frequently asked questions

Custom and personalised orders

Yes, we can make custom orders depending on your needs and our resources.

Do you have some tips for making our own beautiful wax seals?

Yes.
1. To make wax seals, you need ice. Put some water in a plastic container and leave it in the freezer overnight.
2. Put the stamp on ice for a few seconds, then dry it well with a cotton cloth, so that there are no water bubbles on it. if they remain, they will be visible on the seals. NEVER let the wax boil in the gun/spoon or be too runny. When you think the wax is already too hot and flowing too fast, unplug the gun or let the spoon sit until the wax cools and becomes viscous and thicker, then plugged back in and continued.
3. Try making a seal on a piece of baking paper first, to get used to it. once you put the wax directly on the invitation, you cannot remove it. If you don't like a seal, you can remelt it in the spoon.
