Unfortunately, I had to receive a refund from Etsy directly. The seller seemingly never sent out my package, and when I reached out to see what was going on, I never received a reply. I even waited a week after my initial help request before reaching out again, with still no reply. Seems like others have had a similar experience. Really unfortunate as these looked super cute and they were meant to be a gift for my girlfriend. I cannot attest to the quality of the item having never received, but I am very disappointed in the (lack of) customer service.
