I have not received my order and I have tried not once but TWICE to make contact to see what the reason is in regards to why I have not received it and I have not gotten a response... So I am out the money I spent and I’m without my order... This is unacceptable and I will not be ordering from this shop again

Was everything I was expecting. Very pleased.

I purchased a set of ribbons , 2-3 days later the seller informs me they noticed they don't have one color available and offers to send a different size etc., I accepted ..Why selling something you don't have? I received something totally different from what I purchased, (Animal print ribbons). Ribbons that I don't need. I send 2 messages to let the seller know the mistake they made. Hoping they would send my correct order. But never received a response . Very disappointed , I believe customer service is very important. Anyway I already purchase in the store, you can keep my money....
