Regarding communication.......I am based in the UK so may have different Time Zones from you but I regularly check my convos and emails and will always try to reply promptly and clearly to you.

Usually, SooSun will post your order within 1-5 working days after receiving your payment.
This does not apply to custom made orders which could take longer and I will always give you an anticipated completion date, keep you informed of my progress throughout the creative process and send you photos of completed item/ items

POSTAGE
I use UK Royal mail, 'Track and Trace' for the majority of my mailing. This gives added security and enables my customers to follow their package from the UK and into the relevant countries own mailing system.
With the exception of the USA, Canada and Australia, SooSun will not post to non members of the EC without previous payment of an "International Tracked and Sign for Package" in order to ensure delivery.
NOTE
-Standard postage does not include the added security.
-In case of any loss of International packages Soosun cannot be held responsible.
-If your purchase does not arrive/ goes missing in the post, I can only track your package until it leaves UK shores, after that you would need to pursue this with your own postal service

SPECIAL MESSAGE from SOOSUN to BUYERS regarding SHIPPING.
-Please ensure that the correct shipping address appears in the Etsy 'ship to'
-If you require complete assurance that your purchase will be sent to a shipping address other than your own billing address, PLEASE ensure that you confirm this with a direct email to Soosun, which I can then acknowledge.
-If I do not get any message from you I will mail your package to the shipping address you enter during the transaction.

Soosun can include a note/ personal message on your behalf, if your package is to be sent to a 3rd party.
Where possible I use recycled packaging for shipment....boxes, bubble wrap and tissue paper

Customs and Import Taxes
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Generally, these fees are hard to predict and are paid by the buyer.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply within their country.
SooSun is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
