Not only is this tree house totally cool looking; it is totally functional as well...yep, straight out of the Swiss Family Robinson. It has a pulley with bucket on one end, a fire pole on the other end, and retractable hatches in the middle. What else could your kid ask for? I designed this tree house after we had a pine tree taken down in the back yard. I had the last 16' left standing which created a super strong base for the front half of the house. But, the good news is, you don't even need a tree! I have designed the structure so that it can be supported from a post at each corner if needed. These plans include 13 pages of detailed information including; Step by step dimensioned drawings with individual bills of material, a tools list, and a materials list.
