Buyer - any Buyer in the Store.
Regulations - these regulations.

§ 3 SHOPPING IN THE STORE
1) Shop purchases are handled through the Etsy Sales System.
2) The placed order cannot be changed. It is not possible to combine orders. If the Buyer wants to change something in his order, he is asked to contact the Seller.
3) If the Buyer wants to cancel the order, please contact the Seller.
§4 PAYMENTS
1) Payment for an order placed is handled through the payment system ‘Etsy Payments’
§ 5 ORDER COMPLETION
1) The seller is obliged to deliver the goods without defects.
2) Under each offer, the date of order fulfilment along with the estimated shipment is provided.
3) In a situation where, under one order, the Buyer has purchased goods with different delivery dates, the order will be processed on the date appropriate for the goods with the longest delivery date.
4) A proof of purchase in the form of an invoice is attached to each order.
5) Countries in which the delivery is carried out:
a. Germany
b. European Union countries
6) Goods purchased in the Store are delivered via DHL courier. The rules for delivering parcels are available on the DHL website at: https://dhl.de
7) The seller is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods by the courier company.
8) If the parcel is damaged, the Seller asks for the Buyer's immediate contact.
§ 6 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
1) The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller via the Store, subject to § 7 of the Regulations, within 14 days without giving any reason.
2) The deadline for withdrawing from the contract expires after 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The Buyer is obliged to send the goods within 30 days from the date of informing the Seller about the willingness to return the goods.
3) In order for the Consumer to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, he must inform the Seller by sending a message via Etsy or directly to the indicated e-mail address: mziolkowska1986@gmail.com, about his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement within 14 days of receipt the goods.
4) EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWING FROM THE CONTRACT
a. In the event of withdrawal from the concluded contract, the Seller returns to the Consumer all payments received from him, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller in the amount of €4.99), immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on receiving goods.
b. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment method, e.g. Etsy Payments.
c. The Seller asks to return the goods to the following address:

immediately, and in any case not later than 30 days from the day on which the Consumer informed the Seller about the withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met when the Consumer sends the goods back within 30 days!
5) The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
6) The subject of the return may not be used in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
§ 7 EXCEPTIONS FROM THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
1) The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive or defective, I can't accept returns for:
a. Custom or personalized damaged orders
b. Perishable products (like food or flowers)
c. Digital downloads
d. Intimate items (for health / hygiene reasons)
2) The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to an entity other than the Consumer.
§ 8 COMPLAINTS
1) In the event of a defect in the goods, the Buyer has the right to complain about the defective goods.
2) By exercising the right resulting from the Civil Code, the Buyer may:
a. Submit a declaration of price reduction,
b. In the case of a significant defect - submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
c. Demand that the item be replaced with one that is free from defects.
3) The Seller asks you to submit a complaint to the postal or electronic address indicated in § 2 of the Regulations.
4) If it turns out that in order to consider the complaint, it is necessary to deliver the advertised goods to the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to deliver the goods, in the case of the Consumer at the Seller's expense: Marta Ziolkowska, Niederdorfer Str. 26, 47638 Straelen, Germany.
5) Consideration of the complaint by the Seller will take place within 14 days.
