We are pleased to offer free shipping with this item, please note, however, that it is by regular stamped envelope mail which does not include tracking. We are also in Canada so your mail may need extra time to clear customs and be delivered by the USPS. The further you are from Canada, the longer that can take. I'm looking at you, California! :) If you would like faster courier service with tracking, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will take care of that for you. The upgraded cost is often worth the peace of mind if your date is coming up fast!
Otherwise please be certain to order with enough time to deliver as we are unable to refund custom items even if they do not arrive by the estimated shipping time due to postal delays. Lost items will be resent at our expense :)

HOW TO ORDER:

Place the order with the drop down size selector
Upload your photo in the highest resolution you have to us via Etsy Message.

HOW TO SEND THE PHOTO(S)

Simply send us a message through Etsy and attach your photo using the attachment button.

HOW TO PEEL AWAY:

Simply place the fabric on the table face up and gently peel away a printed corner potion toward you. Try not to peel away a corner with the text. Be careful not to let it touch against the backing, the adhesive is quite strong. Once it is applied to the tie there will be no fraying, and the soft smooth texture of the microfibre will not interfere with the tie's natural movement.

TIPS FOR BEST PHOTOS:

Please don't crop your image to fit the size you select. The final image is diamond shaped to be straight with the tie, and pre-cropping as a square before you send will cause large portions to be cut off. Try to use photos that have lots of room around the subjects for the best finished product.

Please allow at least 4 weeks prior to event to ensure your tags arrive on time. (Postal service speeds are quite varied these days!) We do need 3-5 days for production as well as shipping times, which is standard stamped mail by default. If you require faster shipping, we can also upgrade shipping to courier at an additional cost.
We ship your tie patch via regular mail for free, with upgraded shipping options available. Tracking is not included with free shipping.
