You should inform me about your intention to return the position within 5 days starting from parcel arrival date and send it back by air mail within 2 weeks for your own cost. Once I get the parcel back I will refund you the order value, excluding Etsy and PayPal fees of 11%. Shipping cost is also non-refundable.

In case the parcel is lost during delivery I will send you the same item or refund the full cost of the order.

If the parcel was returned by my local post office because of you did not pick up your parcel on time, then the money for this order are not refundable. However, if you pay for a new shipment, I will resend it again.

We categorically do not recommend a baby to play with a busy board without first fixing it! Busy board weight is on average from 4 to 6 kg and a child can accidentally, pulling the door or playing with any element, overturn it on itself! Therefore, we strongly recommend fixing the board on a wall or other flat surface. Each busy board has loops and additional hooks for such a fixation!

We also do not recommend installing a busy board in close proximity to heating devices!

Good quality heavy in a good way furniture. Sturdy. My 1,4 already gets into the chair occasionally. I would only suggest the seller to offer a “liquid glass” cover as an addition to it, as I will have to search for it, otherwise the white surface will be dead as soon as small starts drawing. You can also a bit see wooden stitch lines on the white surface, would be better if it was polished out, but doesn’t bother me much. Overall I am happy with the purchase
