I made this Linen Eye pillow in Berlin with organic Flax seeds and Lavender.

The therapeutic of the lavender and the weight of the flax seeds are perfect to help relieve headaches. Lavender is also known to alleviate stress and anxiety, as well as providing an overall feeling of well-being to aid better sleep and relaxation.

The aroma of lavender flowers will last long for years. Squeeze the pillow when you think the scent is not strong enough.
Flax seeds give the pillow a nice weight. They stay cool or warm for a long time.

Place the pillow in the freezer around 2 hours to sooth headaches, sinus pain and tired eyes.
To support better sleep and relaxation the pillow can be placed in the microwave in 10-30 second to let the warmth provide you with a feeling of comfort and rest. Please do not over heat it.

Not only for using after Yoga (Savasana), you also can use it in every day life. Just Lay down, place the pillow over your eyes area, breathe slowly and relax. The lavender scent has a calming effect which may aid in relaxation and the reduction of stress.
