Highlights

The brittle prickly pear is one of the most cold hardy cacti. Native to much of western North America from British Columbia all the way east to Minnesota. Extremely cold resistant. Yellow flowers with red filaments in May-June. In a few years the pad will grow into a nice sized clump around 12-18” in diameter.
Sold as a single 1-2” unrooted cutting.

-

I cannot guarantee the success of any plants as growing conditions vary for each grower.

-

Plants purchased in fall, winter or early spring may appear shriveled, discolored or abnormally small. This is because they are dormant. Cuttings and young plants will still take root or become established if given the proper care. The cutting you receive will be a single stem from the plants pictured.

*I offer combined shipping for multiple items. Each additional plant or cutting is $0.50 extra for shipping on top of the flat rate.

The cutting came in great shape and already had little roots popping out so it perked up real nice a day or two after planting.
