In general, the process of plating is when a piece of jewelry made from a certain metal or alloy is covered with a layer of another metal. We do gold plating on top of brass, sterling silver, and stainless steel metals. For example, a ring in which the base metal is copper or silver, but that has a thin layer of gold on the outer surface, would be considered a gold plated item of jewelry.

✨ VERY IMPORTANT: Avoid contact with water and moisture. Do not wear it in the pool, shower or doing dishes. Do not place next to the heater, window, air conditioner or in the bathroom.
✨ Avoid sweat: Remove jewelry when exercising, or any other demanding physical work, as sweating causes the jewelry to tarnish.
✨Avoid cosmetics: Apply scents or cosmetics before you put on your jewelry. Perfumes and lotions will tarnish the jewelry.
