1. - Select the size required.
2. - Add your personalisation in the box provided above.

🌿 - DESIGNING -
We will get in touch after your order is placed via email with a black and white digital proof. Confirmation is required prior to the items being made.

If you require an alternative message added to the sign, please get in touch and we can arrange this for you.

By default, this sign will be created in a portrait design however, if you would like the sign to be designed landscape, please let us know and we can look to redesign.

Please thoroughly check that all details (personalisation and delivery address) you enter are correct. If there is an error that you wish to amend once purchased, Maison Creations cannot be held responsible if the parcel is sent with the original information given. Please note that delays may occur if details need to be corrected or confirmed.

-We recommend that international customers purchase the Track & Sign delivery option at checkout. If an item is returned to Maison Creations, we cannot be responsible for shipping charges to redeliver.

🌿 - PROCESSING TIMES -
We know how important delivery times are when it involves your big day. Our processing times may vary, please find them below the description. Please check the dispatch by dates before ordering.
If an order is placed and the dispatch by dates and/or delivery date is set to arrive after your event, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Please note - Etsy are not able to change the dates and these will be the same as at the time of checkout.

Each of our products are personalised, for this reason we do not accept returns.
Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving
In the case that your item is damaged during delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to forward a picture of the damaged parcel and item. We will then replace it at no further cost to you.
