The product received was broken. We have shared a formal feedback that the piece in bubble wrap was damaged and broken, and this needs to be reviewed for a refund. To our shock, it is now over 13 days and there’s no acknowledgment/response received. I’ve been a long standing customer and to receive a service as above is a complete disservice. As such, Request the Etsy management to connect back today on my registered number in your records ending with … 250 on the highlighted matter and a remedy as full refund, with no further time gap pls.
