The initial idea for this rocking chair came from my good friend and all-round artist Patrick Schweika.

Together we used the experiences of the first versions and changed them to create a special rocking chair, which initially appears with a minimal and timeless design, but without sacrificing comfort and usability.
Multiplex (laminated wood) board material was deliberately used here because, in addition to many positive properties, it also provides the visual lightness that we were looking for.

In addition to a design reduced to the essentials, this rocking chair also offers maximum feel-good character.

It is optimally balanced and, despite its compact dimensions, exudes a calming sitting feeling and invites both adults and children to relax. A harmonious and even rocking movement further reinforces this feeling.

A well thought-out design makes disassembly possible in no time. The required screws and Allen keys are of course included in the scope of delivery.

The chair is treated with a natural hard wax oil (environmentally and child-friendly), which further emphasizes the warm tone of the birch wood. Oiling protects the wood in daily use, but without affecting its natural appearance or beautiful feel.

This piece is a small series. Since wood is a natural product, the grain of the wood, as well as small deviations in color nuances, can and will always vary slightly and the photos serve as an example. Of course, the style remains 100%.

In order to minimize new packaging waste, I purchase solid cardboard from local companies and give it a second life. This means your order arrives safely, cleanly and more sustainably.
