Please do so within 24 hours so we can get your items shipped ASAP. We make and ship all orders within 2 business days. Please select a photo with plenty of room around the heads. We will us a diamond or square crop depending on which way your photo best fits.

*** Though most of USPS's packages arrive with no problems it is not uncommon that:
1. USPS marks packages delivered even when they are not.
2. USPS is not consistent in updating tracking information.
3. USPS takes 3-12 business days to deliver first class mail. Etsy and USPS advertise 1-5 business days however based on messages from my customers and the post office clerk I spoke with 3-12 business days is more acccurate.

If for any reason your package is lost or delayed we will gladly send out another one free of charge after 12 business days.

Please consider using an express option if you have a specific time when you need your purchase.

Please do not blame us for USPS's inconsistencies. We have no control over your package after we hand it over to the post office.
