Great customer service. I didn’t realize the item was 70 years old, despite the seller correctly listing it as vintage (my fault for not asking about age). when I received it, the seller was very responsive and offered to return it. she helped me understand it is supposed to be the brides “something old”, so i have decided to keep it.
