Received the Diffuser with a couple of tears on the box. I got concerned, but when I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised on how it was protected by an armor-like packaging. No damage, no issues. It looks great & just by eyeballing it I can tell the quality of work & passion put into it. I can also tell that it’s built based on science audio specs with regard to the varying sizes off the wood & varying space depth as well. Awesome functional art & Craftmanship. Absolutely phenomenal product and customer service! Sadly the acoustic panel arrived slightly damaged due to shipping issues which is not fault to Rebel Sky as the packaged it extremely well. Besides the damage the panel was GORGEOUS, they had phenomenal customer service in reaching an amicable solution for both of us without having to wait and get a replacement as I was confident in my ability to repair it, they even covered the cost and gave detailed instructions on repair and exact type of paint! If you’re having any reservations on getting some of their products don’t! I had had my eye on a few of their pieces for awhile and am not disappointed! And even if something goes wrong they’ll do their best to help which shows they really care about thier product and customers! 5 stars & will likely come back with repeat business!
