Congratulations on your engagement!

We know there is a lot to do when planning a wedding. To ensure the best possible experience we very strongly recommend leaving *at least* one week between the lattermost delivery date shown on the cart page and the last date you can receive the item. This is incase of any unforeseen events that might happen, which will allow us to help you.

We do not recommend placing an order where there is less than a week between your wedding and the lattermost delivery date.

● After receiving your order and the details required to create them, we will work on the design within the processing/dispatch times shown on the product page or your purchases page.

● DESIGN PROOFS - As soon as your design has been created we will send you a digital proof image for you to check over. This is typically a few days before the dispatch date if you have not chosen to add on a Rush Turnaround Option.

● PROOF REVISIONS - Orders are limited to two rounds of minor design changes. Extra rounds of changes will be charged additional fees.

Please note we do not send proofs or previews of greeting's cards.

● DESIGN APPROVAL - Once you have approved your design we will prepare the design for printing or provide the digital file. Without approval of the proof, we are unable to print or finalise your order. Orders will be cancelled if we do not hear back from you with your approval of the proof image. We will honour the dispatch date if the proof is approved in good time, however, the dispatch date may be later than shown if approval is received later than normal.

● DISPATCH & DELIVERY- Orders will be dispatched by the date shown, or sooner if you have already agreed to an earlier dispatch or purchased the Rush Turnaround Option. The delivery dates shown are estimated. Please ensure the delivery date is at least one week before your event.

We offer a rush production on some products. View the link below for available options. At busier periods some options may not be available. Check with us if your prefered option is not available.

We can ship anywhere in the world. Shipping costs can be seen by adding the item to your cart.

We are based in the United Kingdom so please be sure to check our processing times and estimated shipping times for each product listing.

When your shipped item reaches your country it will go through customs to be checked if you need to pay duties and VAT on the imported item.

You will be contacted by the shipping carrier if you need to pay any duties or VAT with details about how to pay them before you can receive your item.

As a seller, we cannot pay any applicable charges for you. Please check your government's website for up to date details.

We offer most designs as completed digital files. If available the digital option will be on the same listing as the printed version.

We create the design exactly the same as when we print, but supply you with the completed digital file that is ready to print. The digital file is not a template and cannot be edited afterwards.

The turnaround time for digital files is shown in the listing description text. We send a proof to check you are happy with everything before finalising the file. The files are ready at the same time, if you do not want to make any changes.

The estimated delivery times will not change when ordering a digital file.

Best paper:

Table plans: 100lb / 260gsm or foamboard.

Invites/Table/Place Cards: 130lb / 350gsm

● Displaying the foam board on your wall

There are a few ways we suggest -

Placing the foam board in a thin frame without any glass/front that can then be attached to the wall.
Using mirror brackets to hold the foam board onto the wall.
Using a heavy duty clip that is attached to the wall, or then hung with heavy duty cord.
We can also drill holes in all four corners or just at the top to use with a hook for example.

Legal action will be taken against those who are found to be copying our work or use our work without a commercial license.

The sale of any design seen here does not include the transfer of copyrights of any kind.
