Double-size Card with horizontal opening. The internal page has a large white space where you write your thoughts of greeting.

This was phenominal...better than expected. very creative, lots of attention to detail...it came complete with a creative cute envelope . My sister loves the slots at the casino. It was the perfect gift - card to slip in some cash for her birthday to play the slots. LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
