Depending on where you are located, shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days.

All orders are shipped with UPS express.

To measure, remove the pillow cover from insert / filler, turn the cover inside out, lay the cover on a flat surface and measure from the inside seam to seam. If the measurement is taken from the front of the pillow cover side to side, the sizing will be smaller than the actual pillow cover size.

Our covers are "made to fit the intended size" so we recommend buying covers the same size as your inserts.

If your inserts are for example 18x18 inches, then purchasing covers at size 18x18 inches will ensure you have a good fit.

Most of our designs are suited for indoor use only however our Traditional Turkish range can be used outdoors.

If you are needing to return an item, be sure to reach out to us for return instructions. Items that are eligible for return must be dispatched to us within 7 days of receipt. Do not send goods back without contacting us first, we need to let you know how to return goods and authorize the return.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay return postage.

Not all products are eligible for return/refund. Please check the item description page prior to placing your order to see if the item can be returned. All custom orders, design your own products and faux furs covers are custom made to your specifications so are strictly non-refundable.
