IM A LOYAL CUSTOMER BOUGHT FROM THIS SELLER SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS NEVER DISSAPOINTED EXCEPT THIS ONE TIME, THE NOTE I GOT HAD WRITING ALL OVER IT, IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. I LET THE SELLER KNOW AND NOTHING CAME OF IT

The customer fails to mention the following: when the customer notified us there was an issue with the order, we contacted her to please provide photos so we can verify and see what the issue was. She had notified us in her own words: "IM AT THE HOSPITAL, MY MOM GOT COVIID SO BEEN HERE ALOT, AS SOON AS I GET A CHANCE ILL TAKE A PIC AND SEND IT." We respected her familial situation and awaited her reply. However, we never heard back from her, and then she left this negative review without giving us the chance to resolve the situation. We always strive to resolve issues when they arise. Those customers who have done repeated business with us know this to be True. Our reputation speaks for itself. Thank you.
