The item length in the description includes the header on top and seal at the bottom. As a result, the bags I ordered are an inch too short and can't be used. I will have to give them away. =(

They are actually smaller than expected, but that’s my fault: I didn’t notice the top was sealed and poerced for hanging or similar. Anyway, I just had to adapt my project (I bought them to make small tissue packs for our wedding) using smaller tissues and cutting off the pierced part. Great price-quality ratio! ✌🏻
