All UK ordered are shipped Tracked 48 by Royal mail - Due to Covid-19 and the impact it has had on the postal system both with staff isolating and the increase in packages being posted across the country there is a delay in post getting to its destination. I dispatch all order within 3 days (normally next working day) but allow up to a week for your package to arrive as depending on where it is going there is varying delays.

All overseas orders are sent standard international Airmail - again this is NOT tracked. Please ignore the etsy assigned tracking number. Like with UK mail at the moment worldwide the postal systems are under immense strain and are experiencing delays. To the USA and Australia orders are taking much longer than normal, so bear this in mind when placing your order. Currently American orders are arriving between 10-20 days after I've dispatched it.

I can promise from my end, all orders are sent as soon as possible either the day I received them or the next available day but I do not have control over this once they are on their way.
