My beautiful custom key rings are made to order. Please select the letter and colour you would like and it will be handmade for you! Perfect for gifts or a treat for yourself!
Please let me know in the “message to seller” section at checkout if you have a preference for a gold or silver keychain! If you don’t specify then it will be random.
Please be aware that this item is totally handmade by me, and although I try my best to prevent air bubbles, they do still appear sometimes. This only makes your item more unique and special as it was made by hand with care, and no other keyring will look quite like yours :)

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING:

Please be aware my keyrings are made to order and therefore can take me 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri) before I’m able to dispatch your order. When buying you will see predicted arrival times - if these times are not as quick as you like/need then I recommend choosing a quicker shipping option. PLEASE NOTE it often does take me the full 5 days until I am able to dispatch your order. If there is a certain date that you need your order by please make sure to check out the delivery options. Please be aware that any notes asking for me to dispatch your order earlier will not be fulfilled. Drop me a message before purchase if you need any help!

UK SHIPPING:
Please note that standard shipping shipping (2nd class) and 1st class shipping (additional cost of £1.95) are NOT tracked. When you receive your dispatch email, Etsy will encourage you to track your item, however this is not possible if you have chosen either of those options. If you wish to be able to track your purchase, please select the TRACKED shipping option.

I'm sorry your order hasn't arrived yet! Royal Mail classes an item as lost if it still has not arrived 10 working days after the maximum estimated delivery date. If 10 working days have passed since the maximum estimated delivery date then I am happy to either send you out a replacement keyring, or I can refund you, whichever you prefer. Please note I will not send out a replacement or issue a refund until a full 10 working days have passed since the maximum estimated delivery date.

I am afraid that if it is still inside the window of 10 days after maximum estimated delivery date, I am not able to offer you a refund (please see "My Custom Resin Keyring hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date?" FAQ). Delivery estimates are clearly stated before you order so please do check these before ordering! I am not responsible for you not ordering in time for your event.

The standard shipping options are not tracked. Upon ordering, Etsy will send an email encouraging you to track your order, your item has not been sent via tracked post (unless you have selected that delivery option) and is therefore not trackable. I do this to keep shipping costs down. I have several shipping options available when checking out - so please check them out before ordering if you want to be able to track your order!

My policy will not change over Christmas and I will only be offering a refund if 10 working days have passed since the estimated delivery date.
