Fireflies, each tile is 4 x 8 inches.
I remember chasing fireflies (lightning bugs where I grew up) with my sister and brother at my grandparent's house. It is one of my fondest memories of our summer evenings. My fantastic sister rescues dogs now instead of fireflies but back then, she was the one that always unscrewed the jar lids to rescue the lightning bugs.

These tiles, like all my designs will work well installed, framed, or simply hanging on a wall. It has a cavity in the back to easily hang it on a wall.

As with all my art tiles, the colors are as close to what you see in this image as I can make them, however, due to kilns having a mind of their own there may be small differences. Important to this design, most of the fireflies are applied in the glaze and will be a little different on each tile.
