SVG: Cricut Design Space, Silhouette DE, Make The Cut, Sure Cuts A Lot, Brother Scan N Cut, Adobe, Inkscape, Gimp, CorelDRAW, Corel Paint, Sketch, Affinity, Gravit, Canva, Picmonkey & More.

DXF:  Auto CAD programs, CNC Laser Cutters, CorelDRAW, Silhouette Studio Basic Edition, Autodesk & More.

All of our files have a transparent background for easy overlay placement and 300 dpi resolution PNG files.

If your software is not listed, please web search the file type that your software requires. These file formats are the standards for design software.

First, an SVG file is not limited by pixels like a PNG file is. When you enlarge a PNG file that is set at a certain size (or pixels), it becomes blurry. SVG files do not lose quality when enlarged.

Second, there is more flexibility in terms of colors and placement. Once and SVG is uploaded to your program, the image is separated into individual parts that can individually be manipulated. Simply select the piece of the design you wish to change - size, color, etc.

SVG files are preferred by vinyl cutting designers because each section of a design (i.e. colors) must be printed separately on a certain color vinyl - Once all pieces of the design are printed and cut, the design is pieced together.

Once you complete your purchase from my shop, Etsy takes over and will provide you with an instant download option to download your files. (Sometimes it takes a moment for the files to load and you need to refresh Etsy).

Etsy ALSO sends you an Email Confirmation with a LINK to Download your files - However this email often is sent to your Spam or Trash folder, so if you did not receive it, check there as well.

You can ALSO access your files at ANY time by logging into Etsy, clicking your account icon and select "Purchases And Reviews". Locate your purchase and you will notice a Black Download Button to the right.

I have heard of SVG Files closing out or "crashing" Cricut Design Space recently. I did some research and according to Cricut - "The main cause of the problem is slow internet speed - the program (Cricut) requires good and consistent upload and download speeds."

All of my SVG Files are tested on Cricut Design Space before distribution. If I receive word of an issue with a file, I test it and replace it immediately.

I do provide all of my design files in a high resolution. If you would like a smaller sized file in any format, please contact me and I am happy to provide one to you :)

Note: Cricut Design Space will notify you if your file is too large with "Printable Image Is Too Large" before crashing or closing out.

If you are receiving a notification message from Etsy letting you know that the file is no longer available to download, it means that this design or the design files have been removed and/or replaced.

In some cases, there is a need to update the existing files attached to a listing. If the files you purchased are ever updated Etsy will no longer allow you to download that design.

If this ever happens, contact me right away and I will gladly email you the original design files that you purchased.
