Frequently asked questions

Are your patches embroidered?

No. The words and graphics are NOT done in thread. They are permanently dyed into the fabric, sub-surface, which gives a very clean look as well as unlimited colors and more detail than embroidery. The only stitching is the merrowed edge of the patch.

Do you send proofs?

Yes, we do. We will show you by email what your design will look like, so that you are sure we have understood your instructions.

How quickly can I get my order?

We have set the processing time for each item to reflect the amount of setup time needed. If we are just varying the text as on a Shirt I Used to Wear patch, we need very little time. If we are using a photo or doing other designing, we need more time to be sure everything looks its best and is the way you want it.

If you have a memorial service or funeral, we will always do what is needed to make your date, as long as you let us know what that is.
