3 out of 5 starsThe puzzle is beautiful. Days after it was supposed to arrive (12/19) it hadn't yet shipped. The first message to the seller went unanswered. This was a Christmas present that I ordered 12/13. It finally got here last night (12/23), too late for our gift exchange. I guess my experience was unique because others commented on the fast shipping. I'd probably give them another chance, believing it was just a fluke.
