Yes, the way we do it is this:
Ingredients: olive oil, onions, garlic and dried mint. Ground meat is optional.
1. Dice onions and sautee with olive oil
2. When the onion becomes tender, add 4 tablespoons of Kishk, 1 liter of water and stir until they dissolve.
3. In a separate skillet, sautee 2 table spoons olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic and 1/2 teaspoon dried mint, cook for 2 minutes or until you smell the fragrance of garlic, then pour over the Kishk in the other skillet. Boil for a minute.
4. Can be served with toasted pita bread. Radish also can match with it.

There are other recipes online if you do a search. Some are made with dough as a topping.
