I started collecting vintage and antiques when Kristin and I moved back to California from Hawaii. It began as a hobby but soon escalated to something much more. We live in a part of California with a very rich, old history. Some of the houses have been here since the gold rush era, and the treasure I find are incredible. Kristin and I travel the entire state, when we are not on the road near home.

I use the proceeds from sales in my vintage shop to stay purchase more unique items and to restore vintage vehicles, such as our '66 Ford F100, 1977 VW Van and our recently purchased '66 Manx dune buggy. I race a mid 70s Camaro Stock Car at the local dirt track on Saturday nights during the spring and summer.

The most important function, for me, is to find and preserve items from our past that have much more character and integrity than what you would find in a big box store of today.
