4. I send the well-protected bare root cuttings into sphagnum moss. Sometimes I add empty crop pots on request.
I send the packages Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to avoid the risk of blockage in the warehouse during the Weekend.
If you are looking for a specific plant, do not hesitate to ask me. If you see a plant that is out of stock, do not hesitate to contact me, I will see if I can redo the cutting for you.

1. All the plants will be sent BARE ROOTED (carefully packed in moss) because sometimes customs do not allow plants to be shipped in foreign soil.
2. NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS PLEASE! I put a lot of efforts to arrange the phyto certificates and transport for the plants and it is really not feasible for me to cancel the orders. Sometimes the plants comes directly from growers and cancelling the order here would just cause a disruption in stock management.
3.Please write your phone number with your order, it is obligatory for logistics. If you do not want to share your phone number, please do not order! Otherwise I will be obligated to send the shipment with a dummy phone number or I will have to simply cancel the order. I don't keep any personal information with me. Multiple orders= multiple times I will need phone number.
4. Please check the weather conditions in your region before ordering. SHIPPING (48h shipping in France) and 72h in US! If it falls below 50F/ 10C, please order a heat pack!

International Parcels outside France goes through express mails only. Shipments are usually sent through Fedex!

4. J'envoie les boutures racines nues bien protégées en sphaigne.
