We are currently accepting payments through Etsy's Direct Checkout, which allows you to have multiple payment options including:

Credit cards 
Debit/bank cards 
Etsy gift cards 
iDEAL payments from buyers in the Netherlands 
Sofort payments from buyers in Austria and Germany 
Google Wallet from US Android buyers 
Apple Pay from US and UK iOS buyers 
PayPal

We also accept other payment options, like bank wire transfer. Please contact us upon your order to arrange it.

Items will be posted within 24 - 48 hours of payment confirmation. Postage within Portugal is sent by land Mail and will probably take between 1-3 business days. International postage is via Air Mail and will usually take 5-10 business days, but please allow up to 14 days.

Our standard shipping method for domestic and international orders is based on the Portuguese Post (CTT) regular mail service, to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. If you would like to add tracking capability to your package please choose the Registered Mail option on checkout.

If you would like to purchase additional insurance, that will be at your own expense. Please let us know prior to purchase and I will add on the additional charges for the cost of insuring your package.

We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items due to the mail system. All items are checked thoroughly prior to postage and packaged very carefully and in the most secure manner to avoid damages during transit. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the condition of the item upon arrival, please let us know and we'll do our best to assist you.

IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We are not responsible for any taxes or fees your country may charge after the item's shipment. The shipping costs you pay refer only to the shipping from Portugal and don't cover any other fees or taxes that might be due on the arrival at your country, like custom fees.

Besides the items on our listings there is always the possibility to create custom-made items, just send us a message and we'll talk about what you have in mind and how can we assist you on your request. Please keep in mind that custom-made items are handled in a special way and in some cases an advanced payment might be required.
