Not sure where the issue lies with my shipping rating. But the item arrived somehow because the bag was totally ripped open. The only thing that saved it was the owner had wrapped the actual item with bubble wrap and used tape to secure the bubble wrap which cause the item to stay stuck to the inside of the bag. One whole side of the outer most shipping bag was ripped open anyone could see the item as it moved through the system.
