• Within 5 minutes after purchasing (once payment is cleared), you will receive an email from 'Corjl' to the email address associated with your Etsy account. The message will include a unique access link. Click the link and follow the prompts to create a Corjl account. Please also check your spam folder if you have not received an email within 5 minutes. You can also go directly to Corjl.com and enter your Etsy email or Username and Order number.
• Personalize your template using your computer, or make basic edits using your phone or mobile device
• Save as a JPG file for photo printing
• Save as a PDF file for home, copy center or print shop printing
• NOT ALL TEXT IS EDITABLE (please try demo link above to see what is not editable)
• Please note files expire after 90 days from the date of purchase, with a 10 download limit.

Home Printer, photo center, local print shops of Office Max, FedEx Kinkos, Staples, Office Depot or any other print shop that is accepting PDF or JPG files.

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We recommend to try out the demo and see how the colors print for you.
For any inconvenient or problem, please contact us, our purpose is to see you perfectly pleased and happy by purchasing and use our creations.


▬▬▬▬▬ IMPORTANT NOTES ▬▬▬▬▬
• The colors may vary depending on monitor, printer and stock choice.
• Do not use double-sided printing settings on your home printer, print one side, then flip and print the back side (this is applicable only for templates with back side artwork).
• Make sure your print settings are set to print at actual size or 100%, not "shrink" or "scale to fit".
• We recommend paper between 90 lbs and 110 lbs.
• Envelopes from the pictures are not included and I'm not selling envelopes.
• I don’t offer artwork and wording customization services, the artwork cannot be changed and the templates are available just in the colors and formats you can find them in my shop and they are not interchangeable.
• I don't offer printing services.
• NO color changes, design changes, or customizations are included with your purchase.
