Use: Use: To prepare this tea, simply take 3 tablespoons of herbs to an infuser and 3 cups (24oz) of boiling water. Steep for at least 30 minutes, best for 2 hours. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor and effect. Drink through the day befor meal. After 3 weeks take a 5 days of brake and start again for best results. I recommend adding stevia leaves of other healthy sweetener.
