A: Unpainted items typically ship within 3-7 business days, while painted and custom orders may take 4-10 business days due to additional dry & set times, most Products have a minimum of 7 layers. Q: When do orders usually get shipped out? (In Transit) A: We ship orders every Friday. During peak seasons or special events, we ship on both Tuesdays and Fridays. Unpainted items are typically ready to ship within 3-7 business days, while painted and custom items may take 7-10 business days to prepare.

Q: What should I know about your ABS resin products? A: We offer excellent quality and durable ABS resin 3D prints. Please note that resin is not as flexible as plastic; greater care should be taken to avoid applying too much pressure to models, as they can bend but may snap if flexed excessively in one direction. There's no need to wash the prints, as they are already cleaned in isopropyl alcohol and cured before shipping.
